Processing & Shipping Times

• Standard Orders: All in-stock items are packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your order.

• Pre-Orders: If an item is out of stock but available for pre-order, it may take up to 15 business days to ship. This timeline depends entirely on the availability and sourcing of raw materials.

Please Note: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. If you would like your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message containing your tracking number.

As a one-person, handmade operation, unexpected delays in material sourcing or high order volumes can occasionally happen. If your order is going to take longer than the timelines stated above, I will reach out to you directly with an update.
